Enter the e-mail address used for your order and enter the order number
Choose the product for your return and indicate whether you wish to exchange for another size (free return label) or return for a refund (in that case costs for return label are for your own account)
Print out the label and then add the original packing slip / return form to your parcel and stick the bpost label on the parcel
Deliver your parcel to a bpost service point near you
Did you choose to exchange sizes? You will then receive your new size within 1 to 2 working days at the address of the original order. Have you opted for a refund only return? You will receive your money back within 5 to 7 working days.
Return conditions
Your packing slip/return form is required for all returns/exchanges. Have you lost it? Then write your order number and name on a piece of A4 paper and add it to the parcel

You can create a free return label if you choose to exchange sizes. You can also indicate which size you would like to receive.
Exchanges can only be made if it is a different size of a previously ordered product. Do you want a different colour or product? Then please place a new order in our webshop.
If you choose to return only for a refund of the purchase price, the return costs at your own expense (at a reduced rate via our portal)
Returns can only be labelled via our portal and handed in at a bpost service point, otherwise the full return costs are for your own account.
We only accept unworn and unaltered products for refund or exchange. All labels must be attached.
Pig & Hen reserves the right to refuse returns if the return policy is abused.
If you received a free gift with your purchase and are returning bracelets for a refund, the free gift should also be returned. If not, the free gift will be deducted for the full value of the product. If you only exchange a bracelet, you obviously may keep the free gift.
In-store purchases
Purchases in our physical shop in Amsterdam or other physical shops in the Netherlands, should be returned to the shop where they were purchased.
Purchases made in a physical shop cannot be returned to Pig & Hen by post, as we will then not be able to process them in our warehouse.
